Banner Witcoff is sponsoring the Margaret Brent Women Lawyers of Achievement Award ceremony, which will take place virtually on August 27.
The American Bar Association (ABA) Commission on Women in the Profession created the award in 1991 to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of women lawyers. It is named after Margaret Brent, the first woman attorney in America.
“This award honors outstanding women lawyers who have achieved professional excellence within their area of specialty and have actively paved the way to success for other women lawyers,” according to the ABA.
