Banner & Witcoff is listed as a “Top Patent Firm” in the March 2006 issue of Intellectual Property Today. The firm ranks at number 47 out of 300 firms based on the total number of utility patents issued in 2005. The survey results also rank Banner & Witcoff first for the number of design patents issued in 2005, marking this the second straight year the firm has ranked first for the number of design patents procured for its clients and the fifth straight year the firm has ranked in the top two.
