Mr. Stockton was featured in the IPO Daily News for representing the Intellectual Property Owners Association at the 36th Session of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications at WIPO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
According to the Daily News, Mr. Stockton supported extending WIPO’s digital access service for priority documents to design applications and allowing observers like IPO to comment on the graphic user interface questionnaire responses.
