Michael J. Harris is a new “Global Fellow” in the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
The FCBA, with support from the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, invites Mr. Harris and other emerging legal leaders to attend an intensive learning program taught by influential judges and practitioners from the United States and Germany. The selective group includes 12 attorneys from Europe, 12 attorneys from the United States and two attorneys from Asia, who will focus both on policy issues and practical lessons on the operation of patent systems in the United States and Europe.
The Global Fellows will convene for two sessions, first in Washington, D.C., from Oct. 6-9, 2015, and then in Munich from March 8-11, 2016.
