Banner & Witcoff was recently recognized in Corporate Counsel’s 2013 Patent Litigation Survey, which ranks law firms by the number of federal district court patent lawsuits they handled in the previous year.
According to the survey, Banner & Witcoff ranked 49th out of 71 law firms, handling 26 total cases in 2012. The firm previously ranked 55th with 17 cases in 2011.
