Banner Witcoff’s Mercedes Meyer will co-chair the 8th Annual Summit on Life Sciences IP Due Diligence on December 3-4 in Boston.
As co-chair, Mercedes will moderate the “Doomsday Session: Preparing for Patent Protection Loss” on December 4. During the session, the co-chairs will ask attendees to consider the question “what would we do without patents?”
Additionally, Mercedes will present “Utilizing Trade Secrets in IP Diligence Reviews to Get the Life Sciences Deal Done,” on December 4. The session will cover:
