We also have represented Wargaming in litigations involving its copyrights and trademarks, including Wargaming.net v. Changyou.com in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Since 2011, Banner Witcoff has helped Wargaming develop a portfolio of 20-plus video game patents in a number of different technologies, including user input techniques, user training, player matchmaking, and in-game features for video games, for franchise games such as WORLD OF TANKS, WORLD OF WARPLANES and WORLD OF WARSHIPS.
