Banner Witcoff’s Shambhavi Patel has been named to the 2025 Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list. She was previously recognized in 2021.
Shambhavi has been with Banner Witcoff for 11 years, focusing on various intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings, and patent litigation. She has a proven history of leveraging her technical, prosecution, and litigation experience to successfully represent Petitioners and Patent Owners before the PTAB in all stages of IPR proceedings.
This is the third Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list released by the PTAB Bar Association. The list, prepared by the association’s Women’s Committee, recognizes the 50 most active female practitioners before the PTAB as of 2025. It is based on data provided by DocketAlarm.
