Banner & Witcoff is named to Corporate Counsel’s “Busiest Firms” list in the 2011 Patent Litigation Survey

Corporate Counsel’s annual Patent Litigation survey names Banner & Witcoff as one of the “Busiest Firms.” The survey ranks firms based on the number of patent lawsuits they filed on behalf of plaintiffs in federal district court in 2010 or were hired to defend against. To be considered for the survey, the cases had to be active as of February 1, 2011.
