Banner Witcoff’s Alaina Pak will summarize two recent Federal Circuit cases during the USPTO’s 17th Annual Design Day on Thursday, May 9th, from 10 am to 5 pm EST in Alexandria, Virginia.
During her presentation, Alaina will summarize Columbia Sportswear North America, Inc. v. Seirus Innovative Accessories, Inc., addressing the issue of the scope of comparison prior art. She will also discuss LKQ Corporation v. GM Global Technology Operations LLC and the standard for obviousness for design patents.
