Banner Witcoff’s Darrell Mottley will join a panel discussion on design patent obviousness at the 14th Annual Intellectual Property Symposium in Orlando, Florida on Friday, April 12th.
Darrell’s presentation, titled Design Patent Obviousness – LKQ Corp. v. GM Glob. Tech. Operations LLC, will provide a discussion on the current state of the design law and the need for intellectual property laws to protect the creative community of designers.
