Banner Witcoff’s Darrell Mottley will participate as a panelist at the American Bar Association’s National Institute on AI & Robotics, taking place virtually from October 10-11.
Darrell’s session, titled “Creations of the Mind: Protecting AI and Robotics Intellectual Property,” will provide updates on patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark protection for AI and robotics technologies and brands. Darrell will specifically be speaking on AI IP issues concerning trademarks their protectability, brand promotion strategies, and enforcement efforts. The session will take place on October 11 at 11:30 AM EST.
