Banner & Witcoff Named as a Top Firm Representing "America's Biggest Companies."

Corporate Counsel magazine’s annual “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies 2010,” survey again names Banner & Witcoff as a top firm representing corporate America.

Banner & Witcoff was recognized as a “Go-To” law firm for work with four Fortune 100 companies: Bank of America, Comcast, Microsoft and PepsiCo.

Methodology

The survey is based solely on public records. Thomson Reuter’s Monitor Suite, which compiles information about lawyers, law firms, roles, representation, and parties from legal documents, is used to find out which firms represented Fortune 100 companies for litigation matters. Monitor Suite is also used to determine which firms represented Fortune 100 for patent prosecution in the fields of grants, applications and assignments. Data from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009 was counted in the survey.
