Sanjay’s presentation “Patent Ethics – Critical Ethics Issues Impacting Patent Practice” will begin at 4 P.M. EST. He will cover ethical issues with the remote practice of law, patent agent privilege issues, inequitable conduct issues, and more.
The full-day program will cover timely issues relating to the patenting of antibody-drug products that have been the subject of recent litigation. The program features eight speakers and begins at 9 A.M. EST.
