Banner Witcoff expands its litigation practice in Chicago with the arrival of nationally recognized trial attorney Sanjay K. Murthy, who represents leading life science and technology companies in federal district courts, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and in Section 337 investigations in the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Sanjay also advises clients on freedom-to-operate matters, due diligence investigations, patent portfolio audits, and licensing and collaboration transactions. He joins Banner Witcoff from Morgan Lewis and Bockius LLP.
Sanjay has experience working on a wide range of technologies, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, methods for manufacturing recombinant proteins, cell-based therapeutics, organic/polymer chemistry, power tools, oil drilling fluids, digital cameras, smart phones and automotive components.
