Banner Witcoff’s Corporate IP Roundtable programs will host a May 18 webinar to present in-house counsel perspectives on post-grant proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Nearly every modern patent litigation involves a parallel dispute before the PTAB on the patentability of the issued patent. This webinar will examine both the short-term and long-term strategies for successfully navigating these disputes and co-pending district court litigations.

Speakers include Seth Kramer, counsel at Comcast Cable Communications, and David Kuznick, senior legal counsel at Dell Technologies. Banner Witcoff attorney Blair Silver will moderate the discussion.

Banner Witcoff launched the North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program in 2017 to provide educational and networking opportunities for in-house corporate counsel in the Chicago metropolitan area. Due to its success, the firm expanded the initiative to a second location in Chicago’s west suburbs and recently rolled out the program in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area.
