Banner Witcoff is a sponsor of the American Bar Association Section on Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) 2021 Mark T. Banner Award virtual program, which will take place on June 10.
Established in honor of the late Mark T. Banner, the annual award is presented to an individual or individuals who have made an impact on intellectual property law and/or practice. Mark served as chair of the ABA-IPL and was considered one of the best IP trial lawyers in the country.
