Banner Witcoff attorney Darrell Mottley will moderate a March 24 webinar discussing how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed lawyer mobility and accelerated remote global practice by inbound foreign lawyers and outbound U.S. lawyers.
The webinar — “Remote Border Crossing: COVID-19, Changes in Lawyer Mobility and International Trade in Legal Services” — will examine the ethical and international trade implications of this shift for lawyers, law firms and professional regulators.
Darrell is chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Standing Committee on International Trade in Legal Services, which is co-sponsoring the webinar with the ABA’s Center on Professional Resonsbility.
