Banner Witcoff attorney Liz Brodzinski will moderate a Nov. 17 panel hosted by the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) on Zoom.
This event is a panel discussion of intellectual property laws in the United States, including trademark and copyright laws and policies as they relate to campaigns, elections, and other political uses.
Attendees will learn about U.S. Patent and Trademark Office standards regarding the use of political slogans, historic intellectual property disputes, and the use of copyrighted music and artist’s rights in campaigns.
