Banner Witcoff attorney Scott M. Kelly will speak at the 21st Annual Virginia Intellectual Property Legal Institute on Oct. 9.
Scott will lead a session examining the latest developments in a variety of topics related to patents, including patentable subject matter, collateral estoppel, prior art, attorney fees, Federal Circuit appeals, shifts at the PTAB, and Arthrex‘s impact on inter partes review and ex parte re-exam decisions.
