Timothy C. Meece comments on the Federal Circuits decision to allow for a case transfer out of the Eastern District of Texas.

Mr. Meece states in a Managing Intellectual Property article, he is not surprised by the Federal Circuit’s decision to allow case transfers out of the Eastern District of Texas. He also notes that case filings in the Eastern District of Texas are down fifty percent.
