Euromoney’s 2009 Expert Guide to the “World’s Leading Patent Law Practitioners,” names Marc S. Cooperman, Dale H. Hoscheit, Jon O. Nelson, and Charles W. Shifley as “Leading Experts.”
The methodology for selection involves surveying senior practitioners and in-house counsel involved in each practice area in over 60 jurisdictions and asking them to nominate leading practitioners based on their work and reputation.
