Airlite Plastics Co. (D. Neb.) returned a verdict of invalidity against patent claims asserted by Plaintiffs Polyform, A.G.P. Inc., Plastiques Cellulaires Polyform, Inc., and Nudura Corporation. The technology related to insulated concrete forms.
