The next West Suburban Corporate IP Roundtable program will take place on Nov. 15 in Oak Brook, where the discussion will focus on IP due diligence in corporate transactions.

Sponsored by Banner Witcoff, the program will feature speakers Christine Castellano and Ivan Kirchev. Christine is a global Fortune 500 general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer, as well as a certified diversity professional. Ivan is senior counsel of IP Licensing at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

They will discuss IP due diligence in corporate transactions and provide attendees with practical considerations and best practices. A Q&A session will follow the program, which is intended for in-house counsel who address IP issues and live in, or work in, Chicago’s western suburbs.
