We’ve participated in all phases of seizure operations, from directing private investigators to coordinating with the U.S. Marshals Service and local police departments to plan, participate in, and supervise raids. We’ve successfully obtained ex parte orders from federal courts to authorize the seizure and destruction of a variety of counterfeit merchandise.
