Robert S. Katz presents on U.S. Design Patent Law at the FICPI China Forum, November 14-16, in Shenzhen, China.
On Sunday, November 15, Mr. Katz leads a panel discussion with Stephen Selby, Director General, IP Department of Hong Kong SAR Government on the Hong Kong intellectual property system and its role in economic development. On Monday, November 16, Mr. Katz presents on U.S. design patent law and examination guidelines.
Mr. Katz currently serves on the Executive Board of the U.S. Section of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and serves as the Chair of Committee 2 which is responsible for industrial designs.
