Keval concentrates on patent litigation. Although his background is in mechanical engineering and physics, Keval focuses his practice on researching strategies for ongoing litigation matters consisting of a wide variety of industries in electrical, computer technologies, medical devices, life sciences, internet, and e-commerce. Keval also concentrates his research on trademark litigation and office actions with the TTAB.
Currently, Keval is pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at Washington University School of Law, and is expected to graduate in May 2023. Keval is a member of Moot Court and the Intellectual Property Law Society.
