Financial Hardship Policy

Banner & Witcoff has a hardship policy for qualified registrants of the Corporate Intellectual Property Seminar to receive discounted registration based on need. Registrants who cannot afford the Seminar may apply for a discounted registration fee. To apply, registrants must submit a request stating the reason for their interest in attending the program and an explanation of their financial hardship.  Discounted registrations will be awarded on a space-available basis, with preference given to registrants in order of date submitted. Requests will be treated confidentially, but may be shared with Banner & Witcoff’s officers or directors.

To be considered for a financial hardship registration discount, please send your explanation letter requesting a discount, and a completed registration form to: Banner & Witcoff, Ltd. Attn: Chris Hummel, 1100 13th Street NW, Suite 1200, Washington, DC 20005, or send a message to
