04.03.13 | ABA-IPL Chair Joseph M. Potenza Hosts the American Bar Association’s 28th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference in Arlington, VA, April 3-5

The 25, 000 member ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law advances the development of intellectual property laws and their fair and just administration.  As the forum for rich perspectives and balanced insight on the full spectrum of IP law, the section serves as the ABA voice on intellectual property law issues within the profession, before policymakers and with the public.

With nearly 400,000 members, the American Bar Association is the world’s largest voluntary professional membership organization.  As the national voice of the legal profession, the ABA works to improve the administration of justice, promotes programs that assist lawyers and judges in their work, accredits law schools, provides continuing legal education, and works to build public understanding around the world of the importance of the rule of law.
