Banner Witcoff’s Eric Hamp will participate as a panelist in the IPLAC CIPLIT Faculty Lecture: Amgen v. Sanofi on Thursday, March 30, at noon.
Eric will join DePaul University Law professor Joshua Sarnoff and John M. Augustyn of Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd to examine Amgen v. Sanofi, which recently made it to the US Supreme Court and deals with patent applications and enablement.
Eric worked with Charles Shifley to author IPLAC’s amicus brief in Amgen V. Sanofi.
