Banner Witcoff attorney Sonia Okolie will be speaking on two panels during the INTA Trademark Administrations and Practitioners Meeting on September 12 and 13 in Arlington, Virginia.
On Monday, September 12, Sonia and her co-speakers will analyze the concepts and interpretations of bad faith trademark filings around the world. The session titled “The Queen of Hearts of Trademarks: Bad Faith Filings” will take place from 10:20 – 11:20am EDT.
Sonia’s second session, titled “’Every One of These Things Has Got to Go On, Somehow or Other’ – Reflections on the Protection of Fashion Products,” will investigate the challenges of protecting fashion products and explore alternative ways to protect and enforce them. It will take place on Tuesday, September 13 from 2:25-3:25pm EDT.
