Sanjay Murthy Presents “Patent Ethics – Critical Ethics Issues Impacting Patent Practice” at PLI’s Developments in Pharmaceutical and Biotech Patent Law 2022

Banner Witcoff attorney Sanjay Murthy will participate in a Practicing Law Institute (PLI) program on Tuesday, December 6. Sanjay’s presentation “Patent Ethics – Critical Ethics Issues Impacting Patent Practice” will begin at 4 P.M. EST. His session will review attorney, judicial, and PTAB ethics issues that impact the patent practice.

The full-day program will cover recent developments in patent eligibility doctrine that have been the subject of recent litigation involving life sciences patents.
