Camille is a registered patent attorney practicing all aspects of patent-related work, including litigation before U.S. district courts, post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), appeals, client counseling, and opinions. She also has significant experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications and handling reexamination proceedings before the USPTO. Her experience spans a diverse set of technologies, including consumer products, wearable devices, computer hardware and software, renewable energy technologies, medical devices, aerospace technologies, building control systems, chemical products, telecommunications, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, autonomous vehicles, enterprise mobility management, financial products and services, and business methods.

Camille has represented petitioners and patent owners in over fifty inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR) proceedings before the PTAB. At the trial court level, Camille’s experience spans all stages of litigation, including managing fact and expert discovery; taking and defending depositions; preparing various discovery, claim construction, summary judgment, and pre-and post-trial briefs; preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial; oral argument; and participating in settlement negotiations. Camille also has experience conducting IP-focused due diligence, strategic portfolio management, and handling various phases of IP counseling.

Camille has been recognized for her practice in intellectual property in Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars each year since 2019.

In addition to client work, Camille is also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law School, teaching IP Pretrial Litigation Skills.

Camille draws on several years of engineering and product development experience. Before and during law school, she was an aero-thermal engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where she engaged in the design, development, and testing of afterburner and nozzle engine components for the F-35 Lightning II and the F-22 Raptor.

Camille earned her undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, with honors. She was awarded her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, with a certificate in Intellectual Property, serving as a student associate for the law school’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic in representingsmall businesses and independent inventors about their patent and trademark matters.
